Ventana 4369 Oasis May Help

So getting coach ready for a trip (2019 model) we had no hot water, furnace zone 1&3 would not come on. Burner AC1 and AC2 working. I checked all fuses in small bath, behind power cord reel and in front drivers side lower bay. No glory. Zone board showed “Power” led and that’s it. No “Red” fault leds. For giggles I verified every 10 and 5 amp in Zone control box. Turned on Bypass and Loop1 Loop2 lit up green had hot water. Turned off. Disassembled slide out in bay behind power cord reel compartment to expose Distribution Module. Checked for voltage at Summer loop pump and nothing. Used a 12vdc power supply and verified SLP was good. All good so tapped on check valves for good measure. Finally heard back from ITR and opened up burner unit. To the right behind fuel pump is a “aqustat” with 12vdc on one side “Normal Open”. When hot aquastat closes and sends 12vdc to zone board I am assuming. I made a jumper with 10 amp CB and lo and behold everything came alive. So if this can help anyone else with their own problem then all is well

Thanks
Stan

Can you get a pic of the aqua stat when you replace it?

I will do that. I believe it is an A-73
It would be the “Heat Available Aquastat”

The aqua stat is sensing the cold water coming into the unit. That’s how it knows you are asking for demand. Reach out to your selling dealer or any NIRVC service center for replacement parts or help with repairs.

2019 Ventana 4369 and Oasis - No hot water

Thanks for the post.
I have the same symptoms and am dreading the removal of the cargo bay tray, but the only way to get hot water today is to turn on the bypass switch.
I checked all of the fuses and wiring to the Oasis with no luck.
I suppose I should order the aquastat and a pump or two so I'm prepared.

Not so hard to remove. 4 each screws in each corner for plywood floor. Push up from bottom and slide back slightly to clear latch. Then step through the open slider and remove 6 more hex head fasteners (3 in the back 3 at the front) Step back out of frame, close till latched then slide whole assembly out

Make the 10amp jumper with fuse and 2 male spades. My wires were Orange w/Black stripe & Orange connected to stat behind fuel pump on right side of burner
