Ventana Le pricing

Hey all,

Sat down w a dealer this week and worked out all the options on a 2018 Ventana Le 4042.

Have 2 specials waiting for word on...

Have no pricing on specials yet so without the specials, MSRP is $274,525.

Dealer is quoting me $209,500. What should I be able to work him down to?

Awesome, thanks. The dealer told me that 28-29 percent "that you read about" was only on the higher end coaches (i.e. Anything ending in "Aire").

My Dutch Star doesn't end in Aire.

Ventana Le pricing

Yep on my Dutch Star 9 months ago we got 29.2% with no negotiating. Others wanted to start low & only raise discounts once they knew we were going elsewhere.

Ok good to know. I let the dealer know that we had been to one other dealer, so let's see what he comes back with.

I told him to price out the specials given that we were "in the ballpark" at $209k (he's at about 24 percent off), so let's see what that adds to the total. Will send my completed options sheet out to a few other dealers and see what they say. ����

Slightly over 28% on my 2018 Ventana order with very minimal haggling...could I have got more if I played the game...maybe...I just hate the game at car dealerships and didn't want to go there. It really was a pleasant experience. I haven't been able to say that when purchasing vehicles in the past.

Love it when dealers tell you 1% "isn't that much" but look at you in horror if you say "fine, then give it to me"

Hahaha I hear you! The worst part is that my hubby is in sales (going on 20 years now), so you think he could successfully "play the game" -- instead he feels for the sales person cause they are working on commission and doesn't haggle! Noooooo I say! 😂😂😂

Back when we bought new, several reputable dealers were giving their best discounts right off the bat, no haggling needed. Unfortunately the dealer we bought from doesn't sell Newmar any more.
