Ventana Safe Combination
ust now having a need to use my wall safe and can not find any paperwork to open the safe for the first time. Anyone out their that knows the combination to get in the safe and then how to change to customize the combination?

If you bought new, you should have received a big black suitcase full of documents. I would search through there for the instructions and probably a large baggie with key and combo.

The only notes I have about the safe are as follows:
There is a serial number on the bottom of the safe. Contact the manufacturer and set up as the owner and they will reset it for you. ( check on the side of the safe for instructions

Is the safe open or closed/locked? As I recall, there’s a reset button on the inside that allows you to set a personal code.

As Don mentioned if purchased new there is a 8 1/2 x 11” zip lock bag with a safe booklet and a set of keys in it. This bag was in my Ventana kitchen drawer with the touch up paint stuff and other coach material.

Our safe is a Stack On brand. It comes with a key to open it when you don't know the code. If you don't have a key, pop the cover next to the knob and there will be a code on the key's tumbler. From there go to their website and fill out an online form to request a new key. Once the door is open, then you can program your own code.

You can also try 0000 or 1234 as many are set with something simple until they're reset.

When you get it open, just so you know, the safe in most of our RV’s will only hold approximately about 3.5 million dollars in $100 bills.

Better open it pretty soon or that $3.5 million will only be worth about “ a dollar three eighty”.
