Vertical seams on coach

Is this is a cosmetic seal or actual water seal? These are the four vertical seams at the front and rear corners. They have the rubber cap with caulking tape underneath. The caulking tape is dry and falling out in places....is this a potential water leak? Thanks.

With just the one photo, at such a sharp angle, it's impossible to tell for sure, but it looks like where the front/rear cap meets up with the sides of the coach. The end caps are typically molded in one big piece and "stuck" on the ends. I suspect that is a seam you want to keep water proof.

Your front and read caps have vertical seams and they are full of screws like your roof seams.
You need to remove the dry caulking and seal up with some Dicor or Silkflex sealant.
A 2000 coach needs to have the floor seam level seals redone also and you have the roof and sidewall wrap at both ends done also especially the two in front because rain will blow right under them when your driving.
The roof seams people have been using the E-Bond tape so you can forget about them for 10 years.
On your large LR slide there maybe two pieces of fiber glass with a horizontal seam that may need caulking also.

Thanks 007. Are there any DIY tutorials out there that you know of on the wall seams? I want to get this done soon. I already redid the roof seams and installed new vent covers last summer. Thanks.
