Victron Cerbo

I marked these two wires that went into the Victron Cerbo. But didn’t remember which of the 3 white sockets they can out of. 2022 DS 4081, above drivers seat - panel. If someone has the panel removed-send a picture or let me know which white sockets were used.

I had an issue with my Victron monitor panel going dark last week for some unexplained reason. After locating the Cerbo, I disconnected all of the connectors and plugged them back in after 5 minutes. I also did a battery disconnect as well. When the panel came back on it showed the status of my batteries but I couldn't scroll through any of the settings. My Victron inverter was functioning just fine despite not having the ability to scroll the menu selections. I was able to connect with Alex at Victron technical support and he had me disconnect from shore power and perform a battery disconnect. After waiting 5-10 minutes I turned on the batteries and reconnected to shore power. Problem solved and I now have full functionality of the monitor panel inside my coach.

I asked Alex if it made any difference which ports the 2 connectors are plugged into on the left and right side and he said it shouldn't. Below is a picture of my Cerbo amongst the rat's nest of wires behind my main control panel...

Those are all VE Direct ports. They are all the same. It doesn’t matter which one you use for which piece of connected Victron equipment. The cerbo talks to them all, kind of like a serial bus.

I don't know if this diagram is true, but I will post it for other more experienced Victron owners or Victron representatives to confirm.

Is that first USB port only used to power the GX display?

I would also guess you can use the other available USB ports to power the LCD display too, which sounds logical, but is the first USB port only for power?
