We are going to be passing through Nappanee. Could we just stop in and request a tour of the plant? Is there a parts department that we can purchase items directly?
Thanks for your help.

Tours are at 10am and 1pm monday through friday. Tour office is on Cheyenne between North Arnott and Delaware.

Retail parts department is next to the Customer Service lounge on the corner of Cheyenne and North Arnott.

Don't forget to visit the NKK office on Delaware. They're open 8 to 12, I think.

Hi Rick!

We've been here two weeks. Got here a week early for our service appointment. They got most of the list done, but two items are waiting on parts. We'll be at Spartan monday and tuesday, and back here either tuesday or wednesday for them to finish the last couple items on the list. Then heading for the DC area.

Besides all the warranty work, we had Newmar install the same Summit stainless trim that Paul put on his coach, and also the MCD wheel covers. Nice stuff. We'll get some pictures of the new trim up on the website this weekend, once we have time to take the pictures.
