Who’s received a phone call or a letter from Newmar or Walmart Winnebago? They can send you endless recall letters, but radio silence on this.

More sadly, because of this, who believes current owners will be MORE or LESS likely to purchase again in the future or recommend the brand to others. Satisfied owners are the best advertising a brand can have. WinniMar have done unnecessary damage to that valuable resource. A write down on intangible assets would be appropriate.
