“Wake”

Cheer up everyone, it feels like a wake around here. I used to not be able to keep up with all the threads coming in, and now they have slowed considerably. Love this forum and all the help everyone is so willingly ready to give. Life goes on. Be thankful for the great Newmars that you have now. In the end I think everything will be fine. Keep those threads coming. Love reading them even the ones that don’t concern me. The Newmar name will always be tops.

Newmar owners love their Newmar's and many like to up grade and do most of the service work, which is why the forum is number#1.

Oh, really? A man has mice in his basement and so he goes to the store to buy cheese and mouse traps. He goes shopping and comes home. As he is unloading the groceries he realizes he forgot to buy cheese. He thinks well mice aren't very smart so he cuts out pictures of cheese from Magazine's and places the pictures of cheese in the traps and sets them in the basement. The next day he goes into the basement and all of the traps have been tripped. In every trap is a picture of a mouse.

Thank you Henny Youngman.

I for one don’t feel it’s much impact on me, personally. However, the lack of communication to the current customers is noteworthy.

Who’s received a phone call or a letter from Newmar or Walmart Winnebago? They can send you endless recall letters, but radio silence on this.

Nature abhors a vacuum. That’s the main reason behind the unease, poor communication.

More sadly, because of this, who believes current owners will be MORE or LESS likely to purchase again in the future or recommend the brand to others. Satisfied owners are the best advertising a brand can have. WinniMar have done unnecessary damage to that valuable resource. A write down on intangible assets would be appropriate.
