Want to replace recliners for larger sofa

Has anyone replaced your recliners with a sofa. Where would be a good place to purchase them and how did you get it in the coach. Looks like you might of had to remove the passengers seat and or take the sofa apart.

We replaced a dinette in our Minnie trailer with a Flexsteel couch and purchased it through Brad and Hall in Elkhart, IN It's a first class operation and their installation fee was reasonable and much better than me trying to figure out how to get it into the trailer without hurting myself or damaging the couch or something in the trailer.

This looks like a great resource to be aware of. Will be saving for future reference!

Lambright in Topeka, IN, 2 miles south of Shipshewanna. Essentially custom made at a better price than B&H. Fabric choices galore. I’m sitting on one of their reclining love seats right now.

A little more info about Lambright:

Lambright Comfort Chairs, L.L.C. - Furniture Sales - Topeka, IN

I wish they had a good website. It appears that if you go there, you're dealing directly with the manufacturer. Bradd and Hall also carry their products.

We replaced the 2 recliners in our 2017 London Aire 4553 with a power theater
seat from Brad and Hall and we like it much better than the recliners.

IMHO. You know you don't have to have an "RV specific" piece of furniture. If it fits in the window or door and fits in the space you have, any piece of strong framed residential furniture is great, and IMO less expensive also.

There are a few different ways to do it. If your London Air came with a sofa as one of the options for that space, get the numbers from Newmar and order what they intended for that space. Most likely would be a Flexsteel product that you can disassemble to install. If you have a good relationship with your dealer, they can usually get you a better price than buying from Newmar directly. Brad and Hall may also be able to get you the sofa that came as an option and make the colors match.

Lastly, you can look for something that will fit your space, just make sure you can get it in the coach. I would look at removing the windshield as a last resort as they often can break ($$$$) or later have sealing issues and become a problem.

Thanks for all of the info. I like the recliners real well but the couch opposite them is not big enough to sleep
