Warranty Good Sam CSP

The warranty on my 06 Essex 4508 expired in may 2008, but the chassis had another year and the engine had a couple left. Prior to the coach warranty expiration date, I bought a Good Sam CSP and paid 1600 for 2 years, the 2 years was explained because so much of the unit was still under warranty. I called in late April 2010 to renew and discuss what was available and liked the new additions to the Gold program which now includes a lot more than 2 years ago, awnings, flat screens etc.
I asked the price and was given $1900/yr for the new program, so I asked what would the price be if I did not have an existing CSP that was purchased while the rig was still under warranty, and the phone rep replied $1900. I was surprised and asked "I don't plan to use it until October or November and I will use $950 of the warranty just parked in storage; why should I buy the warranty now as opposed to waiting until November" He replied sometimes things happen while they are in storage. I did not renew, and I called back several times to confirm that GS CSP gives no consideration for a coach already under warranty with their company.

I kept getting the flier when I had got my new coach and they wanted $1200 for the year while still under warranty. After warranty want up to $1900 and still had no problems that would justify that price. They kept insisting I needed it but wouldn't guaranty they would cover everything on their list.
