Water collection around rearview mirrors ~~~

I kept seeing water seepage at the base of both rearview mirrors. I popped the access hole and got wet ~~Click image for larger version

Every time I was my coach, those covers fill with water and drip for the next 30 minutes. If it's still an issue on my new coach, I'm going to run a bead of caulk across the top to prevent it.
