Do not know the physical arrangement of your Oasis. I had a similar experience, turned out it was my hot water mixing valve leaking out of the DM12 Distribution module. Might want to look for leaks around or from the DM12!

Is that the oasis or generator exhaust pipe?

Looks to me like it's dripping from the frame rail above the pipe.

What might that be indicative of?

This could be boiler fluid. Open the oasis box and see if there is fluid on the bottom of the box.

On our 2016 DS, they had to drop the sheet metal on the bottom because ours filled with water when we drove in the rain

Checked the Oasis and that is dry. The dripping stopped overnight. This morning I tilted the coach on its jacks and the dripping started again. If water is accumulating in the pan liner, what would be the remedy?

When Newmar check ours, they drill a small hole on the lowest point of the pan. I think it was a 3/16 drill

Hi - That floor pan area is below the refrigerator and not too far from the shower drain. Take a look under the shower at the drain to reassure yourself that you don't have a leak there. Water loves to walk along wires and will go where the resistance is least. Also turn off the water supply to the frig /ice maker to make sure you are not leaking into the subfloor. I really think that the most likely cause is road spray getting up above the pan and then taking it's time to drain back down. Also check the rear wheel wells to see that the seams are sealed to prevent road spray from getting between layers.

Tom

EDIT: On a Ventana if I remember right the exhaust runs out the passenger side. If that is your case then there is a 1/2 bath to consider as well as the wash port for the black tank. I'm just not sure how the Ventana Oasis exhaust is plumbed.

I would say in your travels you have not driven in heavy rain with deep puddles?? Do you have the right rear compartment with the pegboard? If so, I would remove that, and you will gain access to the right rear wheel well. You may find water or water stain or even road sand. If that is the case, that would leave me to believe that your chassis rails were not sealed properly. Owner's by luck, who have never traveled in heavy rain will never know they have a problem. That pegboard removal is an easy check. Or, as suggested, level your coach and see if you can find a low point in that sheet metal skin underbelly and drill a small hole. I am guessing you have had this issue since new but not driven in that amount of water.
