If you look up into the ceiling of the bays (most likely the pass thru bay) on the driver's side, you'll see a valve to turn off the water going to the refer. By turning off the valve you'll know if it's the refer water line. Just look for the water line and then follow it to find the valve.

That water line runs through one of the two arms that pivot out underneath the slide when you open the slide.

Since the water is running to the front of the slide, my guess is that if the water line broke, it broke after it leaves that pivoting arm and goes up into the sidewall of the coach.

I agree with Don, also with the lights off in the RV take a flashlight and look between the cabinet and fridge see if the floor is wet. I also seem to remember on my 2018 4369that there was and access panel on the lower corner inside my desk /buffet table to gain access to the back of the fridge, my 2023 4369 is in the shop or I would look for you.

If you end up having to pull the fridge out here's how mine is secured; Look above fridge & remove a piece of luan/trim that hides the gap over the fridge. Then you should be looking at a bracket attached to the top of the fridge- remove those screws (3). Remove plastic floor grate at base of fridge. That will expose a screw at each front corner going into the floor. Remove those and it will roll right out.

Your problem is the solenoid water valve on the back of the fridge. It's made of plastic and will crack (ask me how I know.). No tubing burst, it's all PEX. The water is running under your cabinets which is why you can't see it.

You can buy a replacement valve on Amazon for about $25. Other sources tend to be around $100ish.

The hardest part of this job is getting your fridge out to access the back. When you roll it over the floor divider strip go at a slight angle. Otherwise it just stops!

Good luck/Have fun.

As mentioned up top, there is a water line to the refrigerator that runs outside under the slide on a bending arm which when called for is heated. The shutoff for that line is driverside full slide bay along the rail. Most likely you didn't get a good winterize on the refrigerator and it froze especially if you didn't do the ice maker. The water will run out the back of refrigerator out the front edge of slide.

Thank you for the info. I have a service appointment Monday 4 March. I hope this repair goes smoothly. I will post what they find behind my Refrigerator.

FWIW, I have taken to winterizing the fridge too. Pop out the filter and run water through the door and let the ice maker generate pink slushy ice.

Next year flush it, and then when its clear, put in a new filter into the fridge.

Ice maker

We have had a leak caused by the connection of the ice maker where the valve to the ice maker water(accessed from the outside panel for the frig). Ours leaked at the connection(similar to a water hose connection) and the water then ran down the the wall and came out under the frig. A little Mylar tape solved the problem.

Also check the tightness of connections that transition from flexible (moves when sliding) to fixed to the slide. I had that problem with a Fleetwood Expedition, and it would only intermittently leak.

Update: Just got my Dutch Star back and in deed it was the Refrigerator primary and secondary valves for the ice maker and water through the door that had busted.

Been following this and appreciate the report back on the the problem/solution. Glad you are back on the road, water leaks are about the worst issues to deal with.
