Water pump button not working

Anyone had trouble with the water pump button malfunctioning on 2015 Dutch star 4018?

Does the water pump toggle switch in the wet bay work?

The first thing that comes to mind is a power spike to the TM102 caused by the lack of a flyback diode on the charge bridge. If the toggle switch in the wet bay works you may want to reboot the TM102 (temporarily pull the MAIN connector) and see if that resolves your problem.

If the toggle switch in the wet bay doesn’t work, then there’s a load of other questions such as whether you’re getting power to the pump, etc.

We don't have your model of Newmar, but they use a lot of the same parts.
We have replaced our water pump 3 times, but if that is not your problem, it could be the water pump controller. Ours is located in the wet bay, just above the water pump. We replaced it in 2018 for $40.49 (Intellitec 00-00145-100 -- WATER PUMP CONTROLLER 10A) from Amazon.

You need to tell us what you mean by malfunctioning. Switch doesn't work at all, intermittently, lights up, but nothing happens..... I don't know what year Newmar quit using a pump controller switch like this one (picture below). My 2014 used one, but sometime after that, they went to a KIB controller. The pump controller switches, especially the ones Newmar used, were prone to failure.
