Water Pump System

I have a 2014 Newmar Baystar and the water pump is not working. I have been trying to troubleshoot and this is what I have.

3 switches - Galley, Bath, and the Outside shower - None of these switches turn the water pump on.

I have taken the water pump out and connected to a 12V Battery and it works.

I have not been able to find any kind of inline fuse, but I'm assuming that it is somewhere that I can't see or I'm not looking in the right area. Also is there a switch relay somewhere?

Any help from anyone is appreciated. I have contacted Newgle but haven't received the answer I need.

With the pump in place and wiring connected, use a jumper wire from a good ground to the black wire on the pump. If the pump turns on, you're most likely having an issue with the water pump controller. Newmar used a poor quality model. It looks like the photo below. Follow the ground wire from your pump, up behind the wet bay wall and you should spot the controller on the wall. The one listed below, from Amazon, is the same thing, but better quality. I carry a spare.

They're cheap and easy to replace. It should be located on the left side wall of your water bay, maybe slightly hiding up behind the wall. Recommend buying two so you always have a spare on hand.

I replaced the pump controller and now the pump and still nothing. When I turn on the pump it runs but doesn't quit and the water from the faucets are a trickle.

Any ideas? I would appreciate any help!!!
