Question Water to Residential Refrigerator?

I just got around to checking out the water dispenser/ice maker in the residential refrigerator in my brand new 2015 Ventana 4037.

I don't seem to have water to the dispenser or ice maker. I'm hooked up to city water.

Is there a shut off valve somewhere? I've looked everywhere.

I press the water dispenser and I hear the solenoid kick on but get nothing. I tried the 5 seconds ON/5 seconds OFF as stated in the fridge manual to get air out of the line but still nothing.

There apparently was water to the dispenser at some time during the PDI. I get a drip of clear water once in a while. I've tried with the filter in and the bypass plug in. Things are damp in there, so there WAS water there recently.

Help!

I found the shut off, on our 4037, on the driver side, in the top of bays, between the oasis and storage bay beneath the floor of the coach. You need to look up. It is there.

On my CS there is a shut off in the outside Cabinet underneath the Fridge. I do get water when the Filter is in and when it is out. (removed when winterizing) Ods if it was working that it got shut off. I you using pump or city water? Check the outside lever is not in the Fill position in your water bay.

THANK YOU SIR!!

The refrigerator shut off valve was exactly where you said. I knew it had to be down there somewhere.

On our '02 DSDP it was in the passenger side of the wet bay up over the pegboard. The filter for the ice maker was right there too as the U-Line unit didn't have one internally.

Yes, sorry I thought that was obvious from my joyous reply.

Valve was off as I suspected, I just couldn't find the darn thing. Making ice cubes and throwing them out as we speak.

One batch of cubes down, a couple more to go to make sure the system is clean.

Luckily my choice of adult beverage doesn't require ice. The residential refrigerator has been great at keeping my Blue Moon chilly.
