As anyone tried to link 2 remotes to the Weather Pro Awning control unit?

If yes do you know the procedure to do so?

Here is a thread with some info on pairing that a party got when he ordered another remote, checked the web site link posted and did not find those instructions.

Maybe I am missing something but this is for one remote linked to the contoler. Is it the same procedure for two remotes link on the same controler? Maybe the controller can only talk to one remote?

When I sold my previous RV, I keep the remote by mistake. So now I have 2 remotes to use on my new Ventana.

Just received the answer from customer service

" We do apologize, but you cannot do that, it is 1 remote per control box. "
