While we were at Newmar in Nappanee I had Newmar do a 4 corner weigh of our coach. If you go there for service work it's worth your time to ask.
The coach was fully loaded, with a full tank of fresh water and just over 3/4 tank of Diesel. Black and grey were emptied morning before it was weighed. 3/4 tank of DEF.
Here is how ours weighed out.
LF 7390 lb
RF 7570 lb
LR 8055 lb
RR 8580 lb
LR2 4105 lb
TAG AXLE
RR2 3515 lb
Total 39215 lb
This does not include our Jeep Grand Cherokee which weighs 4800 lb. Or us and the cat.
It was interesting to see the right side heavier all the way down. On ours I can't really shift anything around.
Our tires are Michelin 315/80R22.5 and I've been running the fronts at 120 psi with all 6 rears at 85.

That's not a bad side to side imbalance.
That may be evened out somewhat by making ride height adjustments,but I think it's within Spartan's recommendation. I can't recall if the imbalance should be within 5% or 10% of the axle's rating.
It has to be done at the scale, and it's not a science. A lot of trial and error is involved and sometimes little can be done.

Almost 15,000 on the front. That is pretty heavy!

Our front is rated at 17,000 lbs. Newmar stepped it up on their front axle. I don't think I can over load this one.

Data for (315/80R22.5) 7390 to 7570 lbs load, the tire table indicates 100 lbs not 120 lbs for the front. I'm I reading the Michelin Tire Chart correctly ? Is there a certain factor I need to add ?
In this case, is it my understanding to use the 85 lb. rating for any loads less than what is available on the chart table for the rear.

120 PSI in the front tires seems a whole lot of air and stiffness on the rroad for me (Michelin reference....)
Good exercise for a heavy coach

I believe your both correct. When I picked that psi was from using a Cat scale and trying to factor in side to side variance.
Part of the reason I made this post was to show the information difference between an axle scale vs wheel scale.
I think I'm going to try 110, because this weight didn't include 37.5 gallons of diesel and the 2 of us.
When we took possession the factory had 130 in the fronts.
