What Is Between Bay Floors & Under Belly Pans

Can someone tell me what if anything is between bay floors and under belly metal pans? If it is insulation is it styrofoam or fiberglass? Do they run any wires or other items through this space?

No electrical wires are run in this space. From the top down:
Cargo Liner
3/8" Floor Decking
1 1/2" Bead Foam
Galvanized Sheeting

Gary, thank you and I thought maybe you would know.

No not installing lights just wanted to know as part of solving a water leak and what may be harmed due to water.
