What is that? Baystar 3304

I recently bought a used 2008 bay star - very happy. Unfortunately the used RV dealer didn't know much and there's no Newmar dealer in Washington state to ask - so I have a few questions that I need answered.

Today when checking all the basement storage I found this:

Can somebody please tell me what this is?

thank you,
Paul

The hose intake (sucking) is pink! You put that end in the pink Antifreeze Bottle for RV's, turn the valve, turn the pump on and suck the Bottle dry.
Somebody is in the Motorhome and opens ALL the valves, so, that the pink stuff comes out everywhere!!!

It looks like your fresh water holding Tank.... Water pump with winterizer fittings on the right, and the overflow line on the left...

Looks to me like a winterizing hose manifold used to draw RV antifreeze into water system. I assume that is the house water pump in the upper right of the photo. The clear hose with shut off valve looks like the suction hose for winterizing. I don't know about the big white rectangle, but it appears to be the end of a fresh water tank with about 1/5th water in it. Just guessing.

Overflow vent on the left, fresh water tank in the middle and the water pump with winterizing intake is the pink hose. You can also use the intake pump to fill your tank or pull bleach water in to disinfect your system. ¼ cup bleach per 15 gallons of water tank capacity is the correct amount according to Newmar.
