I'm missing one of the plastic clip on covers highlighted in red. Anyone know what it is called and where I can order one?

If that is Carefree of Colorado toppers, you can order the covers. Last I looked, they are under $20.00.
They snap on.
If there’s is a C of CO dealer in your area, they probably have them as well.

Carefree of Colorado offers a serial number lookup online; link is here.

You should be able to find the serial numbers for your Carefree products on labels attached to the rollers or roller covers.

For each serial number you should be able to download useful documents, including part lists.
