What’s this?
Found this in a sealed plastic bag with protective foam wrapping around it in the back of one of my cabinets, the jack knife sofa overhead cabinets to be specific.
Any ideas what it is?

That is the flag pole holder that fits into the bracket about chest high just in front of the front door hinge.

You’re probably right. Will tuck it away somewhere for safe keeping. Apologies in advance for my post three years from now which will again be asking what this is.

I use Post-It notes. I've gotten to the point that I use Post-It notes a lot.
