What years/models of DSs had the FA overloaded?

A quick search mentioned the 2016 40 footers as having an issue with the front axles being overloaded. Were there other years and models of Dutch Stars that had this issue also? Was the fix satisfactory? Is there a way to tell if it has been fixed?

I own a 2016 DSDP 4369 I bought new that had the front axle replaced. No issues in 50,000 miles.

Attached is PIB 444 that describes the affected models and the fixes.

The 40' coaches had air bags replaced. The 43' coaches had the front axle assembly replaced.

I'm not sure how to tell if the change was made on the 40' coaches, but the 43' coaches had the generator mount modified.

2016 is the only year I am aware of that had this issue.

My 2002 had the factory 12,000# axle and left the factory overweight. Newmar had Spartan replace the front wheels and axle with 14,000# units. Then I went to 305/70 22.5 tires.
