What's this fuel door like thing in front of side Radiator

Curiosity killed the cat...

What is this thing that looks like a fuel fill door, open it up and looks like an exhaust pipe. Just in front of the side radiator.

I bet it is suppose to be a sewer hose storage.

If you look inside the wheel well you will see a tube extending back from that door and making a 90 degree turn following the back of the wheel well.

The others guessed it correctly. It can store a pretty long sewer hose.

Definitely not DEF fill. That is on other side near chassis batteries.

Since I've got a macerator and Sani-Con no big stinky slinky. The door latch feels like it might break easily so I'll just forget about it.

The 2012 King Aire is a Spartan K3 chassis. K3 chassis has DEF fill on both sides.

Set up a Signature line with MH Info so folks don't have to guess what RV you have

It's a poorly designed sewer hose storage tube. Can't get a hose in there with the ends on, so to me it's of no value.

Learning something new everyday Will take another look for the driver's side DEF fill after a fresh cup of addictive mind stimulants (generic name Coffee)

My signature randomly don't show not sure if that is due to posts from my phone or some other issue.

Yep, seems a bit too narrow. If that door catch were a bit more sturdy I might find a use - maybe black / grey water rinse hose?

Yep, sewer hose storage. No sewer hose I have ever owned will fit because of the size of the connectors.

https://www.amazon.com/Prest-O-Fit-1...a-569508406201 This fits. I carry two 15' lengths in a tube under the coach for daily use & an extra for emergency in the Newmar hose storage compartment. If you use this elbow (I believe Camco) even that stores in the 4" PVC tube. Elbow breaks down & threaded part that goes into CG drain is used to seal storage tube.

Iím sure others are correct. Sewer hose or small storage.

If curiosity killed the cat, the cat was very unlucky because with 9 lives, he should have had 8 left. Lol.

That's the issue , posts from devices that use the app , don't show signature line.

I keep a " cheap " sewer hose ( no ground connector ) in that storage tube, to avoid using my good ( Rhino flex ) at rest stop dump stations .
