Where to buy plastic basement light socket

I’m swapping the basement lights with LEDs. On almost all the sockets, the little base the light plugs into is crumbling - old and I’m guessing the heat from the current incandescent lights wore down the plastic. I’m hoping I can simply find a new plastic base socket and not have to replace the whole light fixture. I did some searches and nothing obvious popped up. Any ideas where i can get replacements? Probably Newmar - but want to see if there are other sources before going to Newmar. Thanks in advance, Dave

Thank you. I was hoping to avoid buying the whole light - all I need is the little plastic clip that holds the light base in place. I need to replace all my basement lights - so I would need to by I believe around 5 new lights. Thanks again.

I am converting the clunky housings in my basement with something like these: https://amazon.com/Ampper-Interior-S...s%2C150&sr=8-5

They are low profile and can be placed more out of the way than the original fixtures.

LED lights have become so cheap that it's much more economical to replace them with new than trying to update with bulbs or buying parts for the old fixtures. Your current incandescent lights weren't designed for led's and won't produce the light a new led fixture would. At $6. each or so it's too cheap to pass up. JMO

X 2.....it would be faster to cut the wires and wire in the new LED strip.
