It is a pretty nice park but be aware it is in a terrible part of town

NewAire at Devils Tower Wyoming

At Devils Tower KOA in May 2018.

Watched "Close Encounters" the night before, then walked around the Tower.

Pretty nice for a KOA. Many sites are not level, so choose the outside loop if you can (we had to move). Gravel pads with grass and decent spacing. The front has a long strip of grass for the dogs. Like many KOA's, these folks have a lock on this location since its right at the base of Devils Tower.

Where were you with your NEWMAR today?

Point of Rocks campground, Prescott AZ.

Lovely weather, nice hiking around nearby lake Watson, and great scenery. Campground has limited spots for big rigs, no pull thrus, but our [ATTACH] 40’ fit nicely. Nice mountain style camping and a clean quiet park overall.

Mount Rushmore KOA

Stayed a few nights at Mount Rushmore KOA. If you have children or grandchildren then this is the place. It has the largest playground area I have seen at a campground, a soccer park, horseback riding, 3-wheel bike rentals.

We stayed at a premium spot but all the premium spots are on the main entrance road so it was extremely busy with RV's and maintenance trucks passing by every minute of the day. Since sites were gravel and dirt it was very muddy due to the recent heavy rains.

Armitage Park

Just out of Eugene, OR is Armitage County Park. 30+ spaces to fit all sizes, FHU and wifi. A very nice dog park, and the Mckenzie River running along side.

Personally - really nice site! How were the roads getting in/out of the campground and site? So are the sites privately owned or all available for rent? Did yours have a real outdoor fireplace? Do they all or only certain ones?

Also - kudos on your custom paint. When I order my next coach I'm going to have you pick the colors! Beautifully done!

Adventureland RV Park

Adventureland RV Park is in Altoona, IA (outside Des Moines). The campground has paved roads, asphalt or concrete pads, 50 amp FHU, poor WiFi, excellent Verizon coverage, and lots of OTA TV channels.

It is part of Adventureland Amusement Park so there are a lot of amusement park workers "living" in the campground.

That's one of our favorite spots. During the summer the temperature fluctuated 50 deg. from day to night. No AC needed there. Lots of good trout fishing in the area.
