Talking Which is your favorite Newmar Dream Machine and why?

For fun, money is NOT in the equation, and no, I'm not looking, I'm thrilled with my VTDP. But I look at the various Newmar's and try to distinguish the differences, which is my dream machine, but more importantly, what justifies the price differences? We all know there are bigger engines but there is more weight. They are all great engines, period. There is different trim, but to me, some of the higher lines simply do not appeal, they are gaudy to me, not my style. I like digital dashes, tech is cool to me. The floor plans are similar in most, we all have opposing living area things whether sofas or recliners. We have TV's and audio systems. We have beds, typically a bath and a half, overall the same square footage of the "home." I typically browse in the 40ft and up range, it must be the little boy fire truck fantasy in me that likes the bigger rigs.

So what is your analysis on the various lines at Newmar and justifying the pricing but again, first and foremost, the game is, which is YOUR favorite coach and why?

I guess this only makes sense for the newer models. I like what I have right now, a unique coach. All cabinets and mouldings are solid real wood, cabinet doors are solid wood, pocket doors are also solid, not hollow core and everything is top of the line - for '97.

You contradicted yourself in the first two sentences, so there is no answer.

Wheelchair accessible 40' Mountain Aire with FWS and 2 slides on the PS. My wallet says Dutch Star the same way. C'mon Newmar, I don't need a 43'.

I love the high tech electronic gizmos, but not things that are unnecessary and problematic like motorized shades.

Having started out in tents, I really enjoy my moving hotel room for extended trips, but I feel kinda silly camping for a weekend in a full blown house.

I, like others responding here will say our favorite or better our dream coach is the one we currently own in full. It has all the features we could ask for including a king size Sleep Number bed so the Dreams are happening.... in our case, it's our '17 Essex 4519 Spartan K3 w/ISX15 and 12.5KW Onan. When shopping for a new coach, we looked at and considered the King Aire but found the Essex to be a "bit more conservative" and a better fit to our liking.

That said, owning any Newmar coach is a "dream" machine be it old or new so good on us all for being here and enjoying the benefits of owning what is clearly one (if not the best) coach brands available.

Bay Star 3406 ... why you ask? Because it hits Building 7 next Thursday. Turns out it's a dream coach about to become reality!

I'm livin the dream now with our little BSS 3004. Perfect size for us for how we use it. No, not ever, plans to full time. Closest new dream: simply receiving a "Paid in full" letter!

My BSS 2702. Not every one lusts after "bigger and better". It's so much nicer than my Lance camper.

I lust after bigger and better. Money aside, my butt would be riding in a King Aire! And a new one every year at that! Of course I haven't looked at a Prevost, yet.

I absolutely love the one we have. 2016 DSDP 4018 is more than I could ever hope for or need. I feel a little silly calling it camping!
