Whirlpool refrigerator

Can someone help me find the post on ice building up in the bottom of the freezer. I think there was a recall about the drain. Mine is freezing up really bad. Thanks

Same issue on mine. Whirlpool wrf560seym05. 2017 Ventana LE 4002. Frost was building up and realized the reason the freezer door wasn't closing was due to ice on the floor of the freezer. No drain in this model that I can find. Not aware of the door ever being left ajar. Appreciate any advice.
