Whirlpool Washer no high speed spin

Here is another Whirlpool issue with model WFC7500VW2. We had a problem that just started with our clothes remaining wet after the wash cycle was complete with no error codes displayed. According to the tech there are three switches on the door. One for the door indicator light, one for the low speed spin and one for the high speed spin. Our problem is with the high speed spin switch which does not allow the washer to spin fast enough to remove all of the water. So now we wait for parts.

Mine has a Extended Spin button, not high speed. Try it. Also some cycle options do not spin at high speed. Have you read manual, or down loaded it?

Whirlpool - not the best product! Ours did not work from the beginning. It would work after closing the door about 8 times - then it would make connection. We were back at the service center in Nappanae - I told them it was the door switch - which it was. It now works. BUT, another Whirlpool appliance, the refrigerator was spraying water in the freezer. They also fixed that - said it needed a deflector to keep the water going into the tray!

I called Whirlpool trying to get a service contract on the Whirlpool appliances - nope - they do not do that for motorhomes. I also tried Assurant, another warranty company - again it was no. I did not put a "whole unit" warranty on our motorhome but would have liked one on the appliances since they are known for many problems!

Both of our issues were definitely a quality issue - since both units were brand new when they started acting up!
