No assigned spaces as of yet. Just park in any space that doesn’t have a cone or something else holding it. You should get an email, but it’s not very clear; it even has a map showing the old campground. You can come in the day before your appointment and leave the day after they are finished.

This always makes me chuckle. My wife went to college in a town where the exchange was 867. Yup you guessed it, there was someone with the 5309. I bet there was a lot of crank calls every weekend.

I'm heading to Nappanee this coming Tuesday.....what should I expect? Do I hang around the RV for the three days I'm there? Sight see? I'm definitely wanting to take the factory tour!

Hi Allentc2,
Consider getting with your tech lead. After walking through the work to be done, he can advise you appropriately. Participating in the
Newmar tour, Amish restaurants and shops and local theater and other activities are a pastime of Newmar owners. The coach will come back to you around 2:30 every day. Inspect the work done. Inspect what you expect. It should be a good trip to remember. Make sure the tech lead has your cell phone number.

Cool, I will do that. So I will be "homeless" from 6am-230pm roughly? Or is it dependant on the work being done?

On things to do; the DW might like seeing the quilt gardens around the area. The first is over by rocket ice cream and there are pamphlets there on were to find the others. There is the RV museum, up in south bend I think. Lots of touristy stuff. Or just hang out in the customer lounge, it’s very comfortable. We’ll be back there week after next for warranty work.

You'll be doing your sight-seeing while coming into Nappanee. Once there, there isn't a whole bunch to see - lots of farmland. Ask Sue at the front desk in the Service Center for things to do in Nappanee

I'm not sure what you are having done to your coach but if the techs have questions they need to be able to talk to you - I left my cell #. Dennis contacted while I was driving my jeep back home, to update me and to get approval on some other things that needed to be done.

Ditto GaryKD’s advice to inspect the work done each day. We noticed damage to the Diamond Shield on the front of our ‘18 DSDP several days after having the windshield replaced at the Service Center. The cause cannot be accurately determined, although suspicions remain, and Newmar has declined responsibility. As good as the technicians are, bad stuff occasionally happens.
