I sent an email to customer service yesterday to confirm our service appt on April 13. Received a phone call this am and the rep stated the service dept will continue to be open. Might want to call and confirm your appt to make sure.

I received the same phone call from Newmar this AM regarding my April 21st service appointment.

Am at CN. The service center is open for business. Several techs worked this past Saturday. Parts are difficult to get because of those places being closed. Self isolating in the coach while I wait for parts.

grocery store stocked in nappanee?
Have you had any problems getting supplies at the local grocery store there?
Are restaurants open for take out? Am assuming all restaurants are shut down?
On another topic, how were your travels there? Service plaza and Campgrounds open?

Hi ello,
Martins (grocery) is well stocked. Restaurants are take out only. Banks are drive up window only. Ace Hardware and Tractor Supply are open. Fuel stations are open.
KOA CGs were open. Rest areas were open.
No problems of any kind for travel.

Sounds weird, but Ace Hardware has the best pretzels ever. Homestyle Pretzels. They are not bad on calories either. So if you need something to munch on while you are waiting for parts, buy these.

Thanks Gary. Is this the old "old camp Newmar"? Last summer we stayed at what I was thinking of as old CN, overflow area, while waiting for our service appointment. I'm wondering if that will still be available this year before our appointment.

CN = Camp Newmar
There is no place to park at the plant location. Overflow is/has been gone for some time. It is now part of the finish coach area while a coach waits to be sent to the dealer. It is fenced with a barb wire top. The full hook up area is gone. Electric pedestals have been removed. Barricades have been erected to prevent parking of any kind.

Hi Gary,
Thank you for answering. I'm not sure if I'm explaining my question right. I think I'm talking about the parking near the old service office as opposed to the official old CN. It's where we parked last summer while waiting for service. I think there was a different overflow area in the past that was barricaded when we were there.
In any case, I'm wondering if there is a place to park for early arrival for service appointment since the service CG now has the coded gate.

There is no place to park. One day before your appointment you can enter the new CN. If arriving earlier, consider a local CG.
