Please provide me, via PM, the 6-digit Ranger ID and tell me when it is online via WiFi so I can take a look at it.
Joel,

I confirmed with FMCA that they use “broadband” for their APN. I checked my configuration page and the APN field was blank. I entered “broadband” and I changed the cellular plan to “My Data Plan”. Everything seems to be working now, but I’ll and you my Ranger ID via PM so you can check on it, if you don’t mind.

I'm a bit puzzled about the APN box being blank. Possibly no one clicked on the SAVE button after entering "broadband"

As for that APN, I have no idea what that was. When I looked at your Ranger the APN was blank and I inserted the standard AT&T APN of broadband

I'm not sure if the root cause of the entire problem wasn't that somehow the APN got erased (not sure why). That would definitely have prevented the modem from connecting with the network. I can't promise that it won't happen again, but at least you will know what to check first.
