Window awning not moving

2021 London Aire, full wall slide power window awning will not deploy. Other awnings working fine. Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

Start by seeing if you have power to the switch and then to the awning.

Spray some Silicone lubricant where awning makes contact with magnet. Also get on a ladder and if you can hear motor running pull lightly out as it it could be stuck, then spry the lubricant. Our bedroom window one was stuck and this is what I did to fix.

We just had the same awning on our 2021 Essex stuck in the retracted position. The arms were binding against the vertical wall framing of the mechanism when in the stowed position. Newmar techs at the TampaSuper Show adjusted the arms at both ends and no more binding.
Initially, I would have to pull out on the arms to get it loose. As I said, all is well now after adjustment.

There is a wall plate on the interior wall just to the left of the window. It is up behind the cabinet. This could be used to access the wiring to check for power at the motor.

Also, these are by Girard and you can call them. They are in CA so Pacific time. I have found them to be very helpful on the phone. 800-382-8442. Mauricio Millan is the Newmar specialist. But anybody can help you.
