Hi all

I need to have my windshield replaced and I'll be in the Puget Sound area in Washington. Does anyone have a recommendations for a company?

Thanks

That's an awfully large area, from Port Angeles to Tacoma to Bellingham, not including Canada. I know a good bar in Friday Harbor.

We used South Tacoma Glass in Lakewood (just south of Tacoma) for windshield replacement on our 2015 Ventana 4002 in August of 2016. They did a great job and delivered on time when promised. This was an insurance claim so can't comment on price as we have no deductible glass coverage. We have been through torrential downpours, 80 mph winds and blowing snow with no leaks or noise. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

While we used South Tacoma Glass for our windshield replacement we use Infinity Coach in Sumner for all our other coach work. They are great but as noted because they are good they book out several months. We typically make our appointment with them three months in advance but were able to get in to South Tacoma Glass in a day. Either service provider is a good choice for windshield replacement.

Thanks for the input. We fulltime and usually aren't in an area for 3 months. I'll see what I can find out.
Golfer Guy, definitely interested in finding out how your replacement goes.

J Sadler, to follow up. I had my windshield replaced today at Infinity Coach. Actually installed by Tahoma Glass Co. at Infinity Coach location. Jason was a real pro has been installing motor coach windshields for 20 yrs. I watched his work and he seemed very efficient and professional. Did what I thought was a great job and would use them again without a doubt. Would probably go directly to them in Puyallup. Will pick up the coach tomorrow after it cures for 24hrs.

Jim the owner of Infinity Coach was very easy to work with and he too seems to run a very good business. I would use them in the future too. In fact I am having a quote given to me for a small painting, clear coat job for the front and back caps down to the gutter line.

All in all I liked both businesses and would recommend them from my experience today.

Steve

Many thanks for the follow up. I'll talk to the insurance company and see what I have to do next.
