Windshield streaks
Each time it rains or there is a heavy dew, I get streaks on the windshield. I think I may need to get up on the roof and clean it to eliminate future streaks.
What’s a good product to clean the roof?
I have a 2018 Newmar Ventana 3412

Some of us have installed an adhesive 5/8" rubber drip rail above the windshield which really helps.

Windshield "stripes"
We have noticed the same issues after using 303 RV Roof Cleaner followed with 303 UV Protectant. After spending a full day on the roof cleaning and applying both products, the runoff from the roof stained front windshield, both driver and passenger side window, awning and all of the slide toppers.
The only thing that would remove the glass stains was 0000 steel wool. Can't recommend 303 as a trouble free easy to apply product.

+1 ^^^^
And I've tried really good glass cleaners / vinegar etc!
Nothing works like dry, very fine, steel wool !

Here is what many of us have installed. Clean the fiberglass just above the windshield with alcohol and then apply the rubber. It's called an "eyebrow" strip.
When installed just above the windshield (about an inch past both sides) it disappears into the glass and really can't be seen.

I clean my roof 2x annually. I use good ol' Mr Clean like one would use for household cleaning. Mix it in a bucket and use a soft brush and rinse with a hose.

It's there, that's why I said you can barely see it. If you zoom in, you'll see it extends about an inch past both sides of the windshield. Also, when you look at the curve of the windshield on both sides, you can see there is something sticking out from the windshield.

This is the one I attached several years ago and love. Mine, however, is fixed to the top of the windshield:

We have Magna Shade and ours is attached to the top edge of the glass, but ours was installed prior to the Magna Shade so magnets were installed accordingly and the shade extends slightly below the bottom edge of the glass. If your MS is already installed, you might be better off installing above the glass.

Mine is on the fiberglass and right up against the glass, so no issue with the Magna Shade.
