Won't start
I had all batteries stole from 2019 Dutch Star 4569. I had mechanic install new batteries and it wouldn't start. I had local RV repairman look at it and all connections were correct and it still wouldn't start. i'm getting power to the dash including fan, camera and guages. However, when turning the key on, the lights on digital dash advising engine is ready do not come on. Anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like when you batteries were stolen, the thieves shorted out the connections! Look for a fuse about a foot or two back from the battery terminal, and check that it is not blown! Sometimes hard to see, covered in tape or wire protection cover!
You did not say if you have power to your shift pad, but if not, you will gat a "no start" also! Check for fuse's in line from the battery to the TCU. (transmission control unit)
And make sure all the battery cables/wires are indeed hooked up, non slipped down behind the battery's?
Rail!

Wow. I am sorry that this happened to you. This is the first time that I can recall reading of something like this happening. There were your chassis batteries and not your house batteries, correct?Did this happen while in a storage lot?
Did you check to see if the mechanic returned your chassis battery disconnect to the “on” position?

I'll look for a fuse in the battery compartment that could be shorted out. Won't be able to check until tomorrow but good information. Thank you

Look around and see if they didn't cut some wires when you had the batteries stolen on your DS 4369.

Welcome to the forum.
This link will give you info on the charging system, on the solenoid of the charging system there is a 5 amp fuse if blown will not let coach start and if batteries were not hook up correctly as to positive and negative connecting can blow out circuit boards in dash area.
That link comes from this sticky.
Let us know how your making out.

Finally got coach started. I was able to drive to Freightliner and their electrician is fixing the problem today. Thank you everyone that replied to this issue.

I had mobile technician that was referred by Freightliner come out and he ran a wire from positive on my battery to breaker in my module box nearby and that allowed me to start the engine. I then drove the coach to Freightliner and they have now had it for two days trying to find the short. I hope to get the coach back today. I cringe to find out what they will charge me to find this short. Oh well, I trust my insurance will come thru.
