WOW Newmar CS

After looking online and checking out local rv guys, i thought going to newmar would be expensive for a new skylight. one call, 2 minutes wait, 48 bucks and showed up in 2 days with no shipping charges on a 8 year old coach.

There are quite a few items on their parts shelf that I though were very reasonably priced. Goes to show you, you have to shop around.

I've called a couple of times for parts and/or assistance and they are very helpful.

I was browsing through the parts aisles last week and was surprised to find the original scare lights that are on my coach. I picked up the lens and for $10 I thought that was a steal. The guys behind the counter told me that there was a good chance that the gasket would be toast in my existing yellowing lens and that I would have to make a gasket. Right beside the lens on the shelf was a complete scare light - lens, body and gasket - for $13. So that was a no brainer. I was told by the CS VP that they keep parts for 20 years, so it's worth calling them.
I also got a call from a buddy that has a '99 DS that had a rusting front ledge in his wet bay. He asked to see if they had the ledge and sure enough they had a 12 ft stick of the ledge material - $39. So they cut it in half for me and I'm carrying it home to him now.
