You guys are awesome!!!

Finished our fresh water/ waste system update. Thanks for the great tips!

I added a Sanicon 600 turbo with a PET protective cover. First time around, tried to use shrink tubing to blend PET to the hose.... as soon as it expanded... it came loose. After reading several of your comments, I added rescue tape and zip ties to shrink tube... think that will do it. The electrical was a breeze, there was an open fuse slot in the electrical bay next door; marked it Sanicon with a 35 amp fuse... all set! The little mod of drilling a small hole to lube the black and gray water gates also works great. Don’t forget to add the screw to seal it up [emoji4].

DW didn’t like the taste of the ice from the refrigerator. Added a second filter, so we now have a sediment and a carbon filter in the water bay and an additional carbon under the sink. Cleaned the freshwater system with Pueogene & citric acid from 3RPurogene.com. The tip on making a defuser for the pureogene with flex pvc pipe worked like a champ! Replaced the house water pump w/ Remco 55AQUAJET-ARV Aquajet Variable Speed 5.3 GPM RV Water Pump. Results... DW says water pump is as powerful as city water and our fresh water throughout the coach tastes like it is bottled. (I stopped short of a water softener since this seems to make her happy [emoji41]).

This site is the best on the internet for maintaining a coach. In the last 6 weeks, in addition to the updates above, I used your suggestions to:
- [x] Replace exhaust for generator
- [x] Add Flow-rite RV2000 pro battery watering system to eliminate acid overflow
- [x] Install Channel master LTE filter for OTA antenna
- [x] Complete Touch up paint for all 4 colors
- [x] Replace all basement door rubber stops
- [x] Install EezTire-TPMS12B Real Time/24x7 Tire Pressure Monitoring System - 12 Anti-Theft Sensors/flow through mix + Booster.
- [x] Solve the check engine light by first replacing the EGR valve position sensor and then installing the ugly fix.
- [x] Replace hydro hot AC relay and check the PH and mixture of the Propylene Glycol antifreeze
- [x] Repair bedroom slide cover by removing and sewing the seams
- [x] Adjust main awning elbows and closures

I share this to reinforce how helpful each of you are.... just because people are not commenting on your posts.... doesn’t mean they are not quietly using your suggestions to improve their RV experience. So from one Newmar owner to another... Thanks! Our Mange shades arrive next week!
