Your top safety equipment

Of all the additional safety equipment, TPM's, Autoformers, etc. that you have, which 2 or 3 are absolutely, positively mandatory for all Class A RV'ers to own?

Fire extinguishers (at least 2), highway flares or reflectors (required in most states) and reflective safety vest. That's my top 3. A TPMS runs a close fourth,

I carry five fire extinguishers and four safety cones.

Make sure the fire and CO2 sensors are working.

I keep spare keys in a plastic bag duct taped to the frame.

Also I carry a battery charger, came in handy when the alternator died on my toad 2,000 miles from home.

This is what I always add to my RVs right away that I would consider "must have" safety equipment:

TPMS
Additional smoke alarms in lower baggage area.
Additional fire extinguishers inside RV and on toad/trailer/baggage area.
At least 2 large heavy duty construction grade traffic cones.

I have additional items that I would consider safety equipment but the above listed items it what gets added immediately no matter what type of RV we are setting up.

Besides the previous mentions about fire extinguishers inside I added a fire suppression system in the engine compartment.

Agree with all of the posts above. However, the most important one to keep in good working order and exercise frequently resides between the ears. Lots of folks seem to neglect the exercise part at least occasionally.
