Compressor may be drawing too much current. Coukd be compressor or bad connection. Check for tight connections to the AC, in the transfer switch, etc. With voltmeter see to where the voltage is dipping.

Is this only happening when on generator power or does it also occur on shore power? Check electrical connections to make sure everything is clean and tight.

Check the cables from the generator to the transfer switch, I remember a post a few years back about a problem with connections on that run, IIRC there is a junction box on the basement ceiling that had bad connection. Bad connections combined with a compressor starting to go could explain it.

The transfer switch on my 2001 36ft is located in the basement, the roof of the basement, rear basement compartment, towards the back of the Motor Home.
