1998 Alpine No 110V power in the coach

My 1998 Alpine has been connected to a 50amp RV service at my home since December. The one year old 6V house batteries were fully charged and the system was working normally when I left it.

Returned last week and discovered that the house batteries were dead and I had no 110V power to the lights or receptacles.
Fired up the Cummins to charge the batteries.

Verified that the inverter will produce 110V to the lights and receptacles.
The microwave and air conditioners are not powered by the inverter. That's normal on 1998 Alpine

Verified that the 50 amp service was delivering power to the coach connection.
Started the Onan generator- still got no 110V inside the coach.

Checked the transfer switch and verified there is power on both side of the switch.

The 110V service panel has a circuit breaker labeled "Inverter" I verified that the wire connecting the inverter to the service panel has power when the breaker is "on" and does not when the breaker is "off."

I have not measured voltage at any locations.

I used a Klein Tools Voltage Tester to determine if there is current in wiring and or connections.

The Inverter/charger is the original Heart Interface (Zantrex) 1000 watt unit coupled with the Heart Interface Echo Charger.

No Shore Power
No Battery Charging
No Generator Power

All suggestions will be appreciated

If this is what you used you will need to start over and take some measurements with a meter. A non contact voltage tester does not tell the whole story, can show false positives and give inconclusive results especially to those who don't use one on a daily basis and understands their limitations and can interpret what the tool is saying under various conditions.

Looking at your Heart Inverter/charger monitor, if you are plugged into shore power, The AC in light should be green. No shore power means no charging. The path for 110v power is through the cord to the power transfer switch to the main power panel and out to 110v circuits (including the inverter). Normally, if the inverter/charger works when the genny is running but does not work when plugged into shore power, the problem is the transfer switch. If your situation is as described, the next test should be at the main breaker of the main Sc power panel. It is possible that you have an open conductor in the circuit. Be very cautious when testing with power on the system. Don't touch anything with your bare hand and stay on your feet (no kneeling). Look for signs for burnt insulation and equipment.

Heart interface while on shore power should look like this:

Heart Interface when using inverter should look like this.
