1998 Cummins 6C-8.3 Mechanical

The idle RPM for the non-ECU 8.3 is 750.
What should the engine RPM be at WOT with no load?

Where can I find this kind of info?

Don't know the answer to your question, but I have the same engine. Please post the answer when you get it. Thanks
