What was the first year for a Vansco controller?

We know of one, 2003 that is equipped with VMMs.

I will add only that the 2004 MY was the first "official" year for Vansco, but, as always, the 2004 MY coaches were first built in 2003 so it is quite likely that a few end-of-model-year 2003 coaches had the new Vansco installed.

Also know WRVs MO was to use up all the parts in stock before they cut in a change. I could see them building a prototype to figure out the changes and that would have been an 03.
