Can anyone give me the length that both of the sliders extend out from the main body of the coach. I have not picked the coach up yet but I am trying to find out how much room I'll need to extend out the sliders with the coach is side my shop. Alpine specs show the coach at 102" wide. Also how far in can the mirrors come in?

I'll let somebody w/an 03 give slide measurements.
Mirrors could theoretically be rotated out of the way entirely. You probably won't want to do that every time you garage it. I have mine set for Baja, which is pretty far rotated in. W/that I'd guess 8" each side. that would also allow for clearance of the slide toppers which are in addition to the 102", and for the patio awning, which is also an add.

If I can bring the mirrors in to were they are only 8" out on each side that will work out just find. I am hoping that the slides do not extend over 26 inches out from the coach. Thanks for the info on the mirrors.

The main room slide can/will extend further than the the bedroom closet--the main slide--something on the order of 24-30 inches, perhaps. Point is you dont have to fully extend the slides inside your shop to get functionality/space inside the coach. As for moving the mirrors, the set screws can become problematic with age--eg rust and stripping. Once you get them set for the road, you probably want to tighten then and leave then it that position--my two cents

In my situation I have a 12'x12' shop door and the usable measurements are 11' 11" high and 11' 6" wide. The coach dose not have a satellite dome or any other mods on the roof and has stock size tires so coach height should be 11' 9" and it should clear. Alpine specs show the coach at 102" wide and my usable width is 138". That leaves me with 18" addition for each mirror for clearance. I am hoping that that will be enough. I'm just trying to eliminate any possible surprises for myself when I bring the coach home.

That will easily be enough for width. For height, there are a few who back their coach in to a 12-0 door w/their finger on the air dump button to gain that ~4" advantage. Just need to have wheels lined up fairly straight so you don't need to turn much (might have to worry about scraping wheel wells if turn is needed w/out air on frame).
