Magic Metals is the OEM for Alpine basement doors. This spring they build two doors for my 1999 40' FDS. Each door will cost $750.00 to $800.00 each, plus shipping. The new doors fit like a glove. Rick at Magic is very knowledgeable. Rick Onustock ricko@magicmetals.com

Ajpine door

Hi Thank you

Will they fit the 2003 and how much? Is it the full height door, I have seen some that are short.

I have not seen a response to my latest post. I have all the doors from the driver side of a 2005 40' Alpine so should have the door you need.

PS--the door in question on the 2003 will vary in both height and width depending on where WRV put the propane furnace and whether the coach has a queen or king size bed [tanks/bathroom on king is moved forward slightly to accommodate wider bed and slide].

Not surprising as WRV never built any 2 coach's the same. Constant moving target.

The 2003 is a mid door, it looks like it had an engine fire, the bedroom is gone.

The 2005 is an Avalanche with side swing basement compartment doors. It looks like it rolled on the passengers side. It has Power Gear jacks.
