What's the model? 36FDDS or 36MDDS or is it actually a 38FDDS. the 36 models are actually 37' long so I'm guessing that's what your looking at??

2003 is arguably, one of the best years for WRV, so tell us more about the coach in terms of options, Engine (350 or 400), age of tires, any upgrades including floor, electronics (TVs), etc and you will get a WORLD of feedback from this amazing group.

If you tell us where it is, someone may have either first hand knowledge of the coach and/or be able to assist you in evaluating it.

Doubt that some water intrusion is rare; question being how extensive, which may not be easy to evaluate.

When reflooring, I found a few soft wood areas. None were extensive and the one hear the door was treated, per label instructions, by a product (multiple brands) developed for hardening such wood. I understand, it is a mixture of a lacquer thinner like liquid and plastic. It soaks into the wood, then dries, leaving the pastic imbedded as a hardener. Water can travel far from the source and seep through the smallest gaps.

It seems to work well in the small areas needed, plus I used it in potentially wet areas (toilet and shower exit areas) as prevention.

I have a 2003 34ft and it's great because it does not have all electronic stuff of the newer years that can go wrong.

If you get the last 5 of the VIN you can look up the PO in the Alpine Register, see sticky above.

Just got my -03 36mdds 104k back after 4 months waiting for new a/c. Checked out good on a 400 mile trip. What is it worth in today's market? Everything works except you have to kick the stupid step to get it to close. Market good or bad for class A's In this world?

Oops. I did not know the 36 was actually 37. I have been telling campgrounds it's called 36 but is actually only 35.

Stick with that...
I've yet to see a park host, ranger or Rv park owner get out a tape measure. If you can park it your usually good to go.

That's exactly what I do, I've only once been to a park where they have a line drawn on the ground......and their limit was 37' so we didn't have an issue, but they did give it a pretty good once over
