2005 Western RV Alpine Coach

We are currently having work done on our Alpine and cannot find the schematics for the dash air system and hydraulic fan control for the cooling fan. I have already checked the Tech Library as well. Any ideas as it is sitting in a shop and the mechanic cannot get access to them either. Any help is appreciated!

What is the nature of the problem--perhaps one of us can help?

When the dash A/C is on, the high side pressure skyrockets due to the engine radiator hydraulic cooling fan not speeding up. We need the schematic in order to find the circuit to cool the condenser down.

My understanding is that the electronic fan controller [engine fan] on your 2005 has an interface with the either the ECM and/or the trinary switch on ACME dash A/C....trinary pressure switch is on the pipe/hose that goes between your filter/dryer and the expansion valve on the front bulkhead. Couple of thoughts: 1- either your controller is failing or the electrical connections are corroded; 2- trinary switch not sending the fan signal to ECM/controller; 3- desiccant bag in dryer has failed and released beads that plugged expansion valve. Does A/C pressures normalize if you spray/mist water on the AC condenser on the radiator stack....

PS--- 2003 and earlier Alpines have mechanical wax valves, so no electronic fan controller interfaces---totally different "animal" for 2005 and newer coaches with electronic controllers....

Sorry it takes me awhile to respond. I am relaying the messages to the actual ones working on it (I'm the computer person, they are the mechanics ) They have already tried the things you have suggested with no luck. I am going to get a detailed account from them that I can post that will hopefully have more information.
