I saw, and replied to, the Facebook post yesterday about the AG programmer. 12.4 mpg with a 330, fully loaded, and pulling a heavily loaded toad is impressive if true. I immediately googled the unit to see if it would work on the 275. Appears it will work on all of the 8.3s of that vintage. That would put the hp up to 350ish, and torque about 1000. And it’s a simple plug and play. It would be easy enough to add an egt gauge.

I’m prepping for 6 mpg, lol. Anything more, I’ll call it a bonus. I just got back from a hunting trip out west. Drove about 3k miles while gone. I checked diesel prices every time we passed a station, so I could calculate what the trip would’ve cost me in a coach.

If you find a 330 calculate about a 9mpg average @63mph flat towing 3,500lbs. Wind, speed and air density all factor in, sometimes better, sometimes slightly worse. I don't worry too much about it though...
