610 Series HWH - 2002 36ft Alpine HWH Motor Info

Ref: Manual AP20214, no AP # on tank. (Coach was built about August 2001).

Old Motor - Monarch 08053 12V Made in Slovenia. Could not see this info until assembly removed.

Repair Kit - RAP91281 (tank/motor assembly), which appears to reference a AP29281 motor
(Motor ID AMF 4676....500205008129 ....12v China....made for Butcher Hydraulic
HWH Schematic attached AP29281.

The tech tried to just replace the old motor with new, but new motor would not seat and the bolting was different. I gather the old motor had a bearing inside of the motor case. The new motor bearing is exposed and sits into the pump housing, but is covered when the motor is bolted. It took the tech about 3 hours to switch the assemblies.

HWH took almost 4 working days to provide the tech with info, plus part shipment.

Hope this helps someone else!

Bernie
