Alcoa Baby Moon

Need a replacement Alcoa front center wheel cap on 99' FDS. Looks similar to a chrome Baby Moon Hubcap. Part number anyone?

Most truck stops have them or try WheelMasters on the Internet. They're local to me though so I just drive over.

Note--although these hubs are available at many truck shops and chrome shops--the older Alpines use a 4 slot hub while newer models use a 5-slot hub. The 4 slot hub is not as available as the 5 slot.....am told you can cut/modify the 5 slot to fit but think getting a 4-slot would be best.....

Alcoa Baby Moon

The modified hub caps don't fit as well and tend to get lost easily😂, go ahead ask me how I know.....

They should cost about $10 each.

Do you happen to know what lip size fits our wheels? 7/16 or 1"

Pretty sure lip size is the narrower 7/16s--compare with the others on the coach if not sure....agree with going for the "chrome" ones at a truck or chrome shop vs SS. Its not a question of if but when you will need to replace one so have a couple $7-8 ones stashed in the basement and you are good to go.
PS--adjusting the metal clips on the rim of the cap might help--also heard that using auto adhesive of some kind might prolong the eventual.....

Found Raneys Truck Parts on another iRV2 thread: http://www.raneystruckparts.com/universal-front-hub-cap-chrome-and-stainless-steel/
My 99 FDS has six uneven slot wheels with a lip depth of 7/16. According to the item description on Raneys website, the Universal Front Hub Cap "Fits all 4 Notch, 5 Notch, and 6 UNEVEN Notch Hubs (Does NOT fit 6 even notch hubs)." Ordered the 1 inch lip by mistake for $6.95 plus shipping, they seems to have good quality chrome with sturdy lips. If there is any issues with the 7/16 ones, as far as fit and finish, I will add a post.
