Mac's Radiator in Portland OR has a schematic to make a new one from scratch, which folks have rated highly.
Burk Morgan may have one or two remaining from the WRV auction when the factory closed, 509-961-0996

How many miles were on you rig when the radiator went out? Is this something that is happening to all Alpines with the 400 HP Cumins

This is a problem endemic to diesel motorhomes with model years 2005 to early 2007, with aluminum radiators made by Radiator Specialties of the Sacramento CA area. More than just Alpines are involved, Country Coach had the same issue, I think also Monaco. Problem surfaces somewhere between 8,000 & 30,000 miles, probably depends on vigilance of the owner as well as micro-specifics of tank welds & bracket/installation.
WRV sued R.S. and came to a settlement that supplied WRV with 100 new design replacement radiators with the defects of the original radiator strengthened and a more robust mounting bracket setup. A number of those were still on hand & sold in bulk in the factory auction. I noted Burk Morgan above, who worked for WRV; he bought a bunch and still has several on hand.
Tax- looking at your profile I see you have a 2004 (you can put this into a "signature" that automatically appends to your posts BTW, see User CP button above). I think you have a brass radiator (you should be able to tell by looking up close, it'll have solder seams not the aluminum tig welds). If so, your rig is not within the bracket of bad aluminum radiators.
At some point WRV was getting the new design radiators, and in mid 2007 (for m.y. 2008 rigs) they went to a new design of radiator entirely which I believe was supplied by another source.

Mine went out two years ago at 50,000 miles. I got a new one through Radiator Supply House in Oregon and have had no problems since. At that time Burke Morgan still had a few in stock, however, my extended warranty wanted a two year warranty, which Burke could not supply.

The ex-VP of alpine has a stock of the redesigned radiators and CAC's, you can contact him but I dont' want to publish his number here. Send me PM and I will send it to you via e-mail. Mac's is also a choice, heard good things about them. However, our was replaced last year because of accident, and when towing on level ground, engine runs at 182-188 degrees, so the new radiator is much better at keeping engine cool, about 10 degrees for our case if past measurments are any guide. Like the way it cools donw now.

Radiator Problems Question for Engineer Mike
Hi Mike,
I am not sure how to PM on this forum, but I am looking for a recommendation on a radiator and you seem to be on top of all things Alpine. Would you like to PM me and I could reply with my request for advise off the forum?
Thanks in advance,
